Overview of the Day Trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls
The 1-day tour to Ouzoud Waterfalls from Marrakech begins with your pickup at either your riad or hotel at 08:00 AM. In an air-conditioned vehicle, you will travel through the amazing Atlas Mountains while passing by olive trees and traditional Berber villages along the way.
Once you arrive, you will be impressed by the fantastic Ouzoud Waterfalls, which are the tallest in North Africa! The waterfalls are approximately 110 meters high, divided into three tiers, and are surrounded by lush greenery, often forming rainbows from the mist. You will enjoy a guided stroll down to the base of the waterfalls, where you may experience a rainbow on a clear day!
You may choose to sit at one of the local cafés near the top of the falls to have lunch or enjoy a Moroccan tagine at a restaurant with a view of the falls. You may also choose to take a small boat ride to the base of the waterfalls for an alternative perspective. You will be able to experience these waterfalls from various angles. Keep an eye out for the friendly Barbary macaque monkeys that also live near the waterfalls and are friendly towards visitors.

Departure from Marrakech
You will be picked up from your hotel or riad and then embark on a drive through the stunning Atlas Mountains. We will stop several times to take stunning photos of Berber villages along the way into the mountains.
Morning - Arrive at Ouzoud Falls
Meet your new local guide and get ready to enjoy the beautiful waterfalls. You'll walk down to the base of the waterfalls for an up-close experience, have panoramic views, and see the Barbary macaque monkeys.
Lunch - Lunch with a view
Enjoy a traditional Moroccan lunch (not included) at a restaurant overlooking the waterfalls and take in the stunning scenery.
Afternoon - Free time to relax
Free time to relax: You will have some optional activities available for purchase, such as a boat ride next to the waterfalls, or simply enjoy your time relaxing by the waterfalls, or savor mint tea and take in the views of the waterfalls.

Good to Know
- Comfortable shoes are recommended, and a light jacket too. The steps and uneven terrain required to access the waterfalls necessitate a reasonable level of mobility
- The weather can be cooler in the valley and near the falls because of the mist from the waterfalls and altitude, so please dress accordingly.
- Bring a camera for breathtaking views and magnificent wildlife.
