Booking And Deposit

After confirming with us your suitable itinerary and dates, we need a deposit, which is necessary to reserve your tour with us. at least 2 weeks before your tour starts. We need a 30% deposit of the total price to book the tour. The balance is payable to us upon arrival. 4 We accept payment through PayPal, which costs a 6% fee/bank transfer fee, depending on which bank you use. credit cards 3.5% fees. We don’t accept ’’ American Express.’’ We accept cash, either USD, EUROS, GPB, or MAD. We charge only 50% for children under 12 years old. while children under 5 are free of charge.

Terms Of Cancellations And Changes Of The Tour (Cancelations)

We accept cancellations of the tour according to the following conditions: We should get a written confirmation about the cancellations. It should be sent to our email 4 months or more before your tour starts. 3 cancellations made before 4 months or more are 100% refundable. 4 cancellations made before 2 months: 50%. 5 cancellations made before 1 month or less are not refundable.

Changes And Flexibilities

Of course, we do accept changes to your booked tour. But, you must make them at least 2 weeks before your tour starts, under our terms.

Terms About Camel Trekking

Camel riding is usually uncomfortable. But it’s a beautiful experience that everyone wants to have. That’s why we have put some conditions on this activity.

We don’t recommend it for the following travelers:
for people who are over 70 years old.
for pregnant women.
The ones who had surgery or had broken bones experienced some serious sickness. These are the terms and conditions.

Those who might miss camel riding can still experience the desert night. A 4-wheel drive can pick them up to reach the desert camp. In the morning, the 4-wheel drive will bring them back. And that is a safe way for them with much joy.

For those willing to take the camel ride in the desert, we tell them that the ride takes 1 to 1.5 hours to reach the camp. We offer them a 1.5-liter bottle of mineral water. Each person gets a turban to use on the camel ride. They are helpful against the sun and sand. Before you pack for the ride, it’s helpful to have suitable shoes for walking in the dunes. Closed shoes keep out the sand. Jeans are a good choice to wear on the camel, so you don’t get hurt. Bringing flashlights with you to use at the camp will also be helpful in the dark. Don’t forget the sunglasses and the sunscreen. They are so important. They help you avoid the bright sunshine and the hot sun on your soft skin.
